Born ca Mar 1710 in Philipsburg, Westchester County, New York. Lourens was baptized in Sleepy Hollow Reformed Church, on 21 Mar 1710.157 Louwrens, son of Hendrick Kranckhyt & wife Marytje [should be Antje], witnesses Hendrick Bankert & Marytje Banckert.

Louwerins was a witness at the 1735 baptism of his neice, Aaltie, daughter of Thuinnas & Aantie Crancheyt.

Louwerins and his sister Leena were witnesses at the 1742 baptism of their nephew David, son of David & Jannetie Fosuur.
